ReLusso sells only second-hand jewellery.
All the jewels offered for sale come from inheritances, auctions, bankruptcies, or from private purchases.
Very often the jewels withdrawn have never been worn, still closed in the original packaging and with the guarantee.
In any case, whether it is visibly used jewels or brand new jewels, every single ReLusso jewel undergoes sanitization and regeneration using the exclusive LuxuRigen™ Method.
Before being put up for sale, each ReLusso jewel is subjected to a very careful and rigorous requalification procedure, at the end of which the original technical and aesthetic characteristics are recovered.
The exclusive ReLusso regenerating process, called LuxuRigen™, in addition to restoring a jewel to its original splendour, also guarantees double sterilization.
On this page we have described in detail all the phases that a used jewel goes through to become a ReLusso Regenerated Jewellery.
Every single signed jewel for sale in ReLusso Jewelery is one and only original.
At the time of purchase, we pay the utmost attention and all our experience to the individual characteristics of the jewel brand (hallmark, line, collection, materials, precious stones, original boxes and certificates).
ReLusso Jewelery DOES NOT sell imitations, reproductions, counterfeits and similarities.
In fact, for each jewel, a Certificate is issued which certifies the originality of the signature of the chosen maison.
In fulfillment of the duties of fairness and transparency, ReLusso expressly declares that it DOES NOT hold the status of official dealer of any of the brands on sale and DO NOT entertain direct commercial relations with the companies that own the brand.
In any case, ReLusso guarantees the absolute originality and perfect integrity of the goods sold and the related guarantees, also issuing a specific Certificate of Guarantee.
The links to the sites of the manufacturers present in the pages of the site have the exclusive purpose of facilitating the visitors of our site in consulting the products we market, in compliance with the law in force, but in relation to which we DO NOT play the role of resellers authorised. The manufacturers to which the links refer are the EXCLUSIVE owners of the product brand and licensees of the same. ReLusso is not part of any official dealer or authorized reseller of the brands featured on the site.
The branded jewels are accompanied by the original box and certificate where possible. Not being official dealers of the brands treated, we cannot guarantee them for each jewel.
When the product is purchased from ReLusso, if it is accompanied by the original certificate and original box, they will be provided to the customer at the time of sale.
Otherwise, the item will be sold with a box and ReLusso certificate, which guarantees its absolute originality.
At the time of purchase, each jewel is accompanied by a written guarantee signed by ReLusso which certifies:
– The originality of any signature of the jewel
-The material with which it is made
– Any precious stones set.
Certainly. If you would like an appraisal even for a jewel or a gem of lesser value, you can request it from our trusted expert gemologist .
The cost of the certification will be paid separately from the jewel, depending on the type of certificate requested.
We accept all forms of payment: cash, credit card, debit card, check or bank transfer.
With the entry into force of Legislative Decree no. 92 of 07/05/2017 we cannot accept cash payments for items with a value greater than €499.
ReLusso allows you to request payment in installments for jewels that you do not want to pay in full at the time of purchase.
Together with our managers, the amount and number of installments will be decided (for a maximum of ten months).
The installment service is completely free and the installments do not include interest.
The written agreement provides that until the payment is settled, the jewel is kept in our safes, but is your property.

By law, when buying and selling used precious metals, the shopkeeper is required to identify the customer using an identification document (identity card, driving license or passport) and to keep a copy of this document.
This documentation is held only for the purposes required by law and is in accordance with current privacy legislation.
